finding time to work can be quite difficult in this non-stop society, and sometimes even more so for a working mom. Not only that you work 8 hours a day on paid work, but then you go home a non-paying job to take care of his family.

That being said, we all find time during the day for the things we used to do. We have a routine. So why not include that in the exercise routine? You brush your teeth every day, right? You shower every day, right? If you do not brush your teeth, your teeth will fall out. If you do not shower every day, not only the risk of offending his colleagues, but also can develop skin problems. If you do not exercise every day not only can you get fat, but also suffer many health problems.

'No time to exercise' is no excuse. For most women, the real reason is one of these: You are afraid to exercise because you can just look stupid, or just do not know where to start. Here are 4 tips that will help you get started and keep you in meeting your fitness goals!

1 Find a partner to practice with: Doing most things by yourself can be a bummer! I like walking, but I love walking with my daughter and wife. With both, tend to push each other to walk farther and faster. I'm getting exercise while enjoying someone's company. Get a co-worker or neighbor to work with you, if your spouse will not, or your child is too young. Or hell, just put that youngin 'in the stroller and go for a brisk walk! You can prattle away with your child about the day of stress and no one will think anything about it. Going for a walk alone and chatter about the day, and people will start to avoid!

2 Get an iPod: They are not as expensive or as daunting as they once were, and you program the music you want to listen. You'd be amazed at how quickly time flies when your mind is happily listening to something you enjoy.

3 Do something you love to do: I hate jogging! I tried it and quit after a few days. On the other hand, I love walking and weight training. If you do the exercises you hate, you'll get bored and frustrated and quit. Find something you really enjoy and you are far more apt to stick with it!

4 Do not bite off more than you chew out: If you are just starting the exercise routine, you must start slowly or you'll burn yourself. the expression "No pain, no gain" is crap! If your body hurts, your body tells you to stop! Whatever exercise you choose, start slowly and build up your muscles and stamina up.

Following these simple tips and you get well on your way to a happy and healthy!
